I cannot read-out the data from my device. The software says “no reads left”. What am I supposed to do?

The Lab software counts each download of data. The reads are supplied with every order of consumables (patches). As the reads are connected to your PC, please contact support@medibeacon.com with the number of reads you would like to add to the specific PC. The easiest way to do this, is using the “Order more…” button in the MB Lab software, which generates a default email text.

The MB Lab software shows the reads which are left on you PC for you to keep track. Please note, that due to the time difference between your location and our office in Germany it may take up to 1 day to respond to your request.
